摘　　要：为了提高高校贫困生助学管理的水平和效率,对贫困生管理的业务流程进行了详细分析,提出了基于三层体系架构的高校贫困生管理系统.为了加强用户访问权限的动态管理,将用户按需求划分多个角色,并通过基于访问控制技术实现按角色使用系统.该系统主要包括贫困生管理、助学金管理、助学贷款管理、勤工助学管理、学费减免管理等模块,基本满足高校贫困生管理的日常需求.In order to improve the level and efficiency of the management of poor students in colleges and universities,the business process of poor students management is analyzed in detail,and a management system for poor students in colleges and universities is proposed based on the three-tier system.To enhance dynamic management of user access,users are divided into multiple roles by requirements and the system is used on a role-by-role basis through access control technology.The system mainly includes the modules of poor students management,scholarship management,student loan management,work-study management,tuition waiv er management,and basically meet the daily needs of poor students management in colleges and universities.
