摘　　要：目的探究经颅超声治疗联合应用基础药物对缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月间在我院神经内科的缺血性脑血管病患者120例,按照随机方法的不同分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。治疗组实施经颅超声联合基础药物治疗,对照组实施单纯基础药物治疗。对患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分及血管再通率进行分析评价。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗后1w及2w,对照组神经功能缺损评分均高于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组血管再通率高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论对于缺血性脑血管病患者而言,经颅超声溶栓联合治疗方案,不仅能够更好提高患者临床疗效,而且能够改善患者神经功能受损及提高血管再通率,值得临床工作者在临床上推广与应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of transcranial ultrasound combined with basic drugs on ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 120 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The treatment group was treated with transcranial ultrasound combined with basic medicine,while the control group was treated with basic medicine alone.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score and vascular recanalization rate were analyzed and evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the neurological deficit score of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group(P<0.05),and the vascular recanalization rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,transcranial ultrasound combined with thrombolysis can not only improve the clinical efficacy of patients,but also improve the neurological impairment of patients and improve the blood vessel recanalization rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
