摘　　要：目前抑郁症发病机制尚不清楚,临床上治疗抑郁症的西药多存在不良反应且不能达到满意疗效。中药在治疗抑郁症中具有一定的优势,能够起到增效减毒的作用,随着研究的深入,发现一些中药治疗抑郁症可能与其抗炎作用有关。介绍中药提取物、中药药对、中药复方及中成药抗炎治疗抑郁症的功效及作用机制,为中药抗炎治疗抑郁症研究提供了新方向。At present, the pathogenesis of depression is not clear. Western medicine for depression has many side effects and can not achieve satisfactory curative effect. Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of depression, which can play a role of synergy and attenuation. With the deepening of research, it is found that some traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression may be related to its anti-inflammatory effect. This paper introduces the efficacy and mechanism of Chinese herbal extracts, Chinese herbal pairs, Chinese herbal compound and Chinese patent medicine in anti-inflammatory treatment of depression, which provides a new direction for the study of anti-inflammatory treatment of depression with Chinese herbal medicine.
