摘 要:目的了解温州市瓯海区腹泻患者副溶血性弧菌的血清型分布、毒力基因特点和耐药性状况,为防治副溶血性弧菌引起的感染性腹泻提供科学依据。方法对2016年5月-2017年10月分离的182株副溶血性弧菌进行药敏试验、血清分型及用荧光PCR检测菌株的tdh、trh、tlh毒力基因。结果182株副溶血性弧菌血清型以O3∶K6为主,占51.65%;O4∶KUT其次,占19.21%。毒力基因PCR检测显示94.51%(172/182)的菌株为tlh+/tdh+/trh-;4.95%(9/182)的菌株为tlh+/tdh-/trh-;仅1株携带tlh+/tdh+/trh+基因。药敏结果显示对氨苄西林79.12%耐药,头孢唑啉4.95%敏感,其他常用抗菌药物敏感。结论温州市瓯海区副溶血性弧菌优势血清型为O3∶K6,其次是O4∶KUT。菌株对多数抗菌药物高度敏感,多数菌株携带tlh+/tdh+/trh-基因。加强对副溶血弧菌的监测,为本地区副溶血性弧菌种群的流行趋势及传染源的可能变迁提供早期预警。Objective To understand the serotype distribution,the characteristics of toxin genes and antimicrobial resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in patients with diarrhea in Ouhai District,providing scientific basis for further prevention and control.Methods A total of 182 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains isolated during May 2016-October 2017 were conducted for the serotyping and antibiotic resistance test,while the virulence genes tlh,tdh and trh were detected with PCR.Results Among 182 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,O3:K6 accounted for 51.65%,followed by O4:KUT(19.21%).94.51%(172/182)of strains were tlh+/tdh+/trh-,4.95%(9/182)were tlh+/tdh-/trh-,and 1 was tlh+/tdh+/trh+.The antimicrobial susceptibility test indicated that the antibiotic resistance rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus to ampicillin was 79.12%,the sensitive rate to Cefazolin was 4.95%,and highly sensitive to other antibiotics.Conclusion The dominant serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Ouhai District,Wenzhou was O3∶K6,followed by O4∶KUT.Most strains are highly sensitive to most antimicrobial agents and most virulence genes were tlh+/tdh+/trh-.The surveillance on Vibrio parahaemolyticus should be strengthened so as to provide early warning for the epidemic trend of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and possible changes of infectious sources in this area.
