摘　　要：目的对比分析术前新辅助化疗不同给药途径治疗早期巨块型宫颈癌患者临床效果。方法选自本院于2015年2月-2018年2月收治的早期巨块型宫颈癌患者83例,随机分为动脉化疗组(43例)与静脉化疗组(40例)。动脉化疗组采用动脉灌注化疗,静脉化疗组采用全身静脉化疗。2组均以4周为1疗程,连续化疗3个疗程。比较2组治疗疗效和不良反应发生情况及手术时间和出血量变化。结果动脉化疗组总有效率(88.37%)高于静脉化疗组(67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组手术时间和出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前动脉介入化疗治疗早期巨块型宫颈癌患者临床疗效优于全身静脉化疗,值得临床借鉴。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of different administration routes of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of early massive cervical cancer.Methods From February 2015 to February 2018,83 patients with early massive cervical cancer were randomly divided into arterial chemotherapy group(43 cases)and intravenous chemotherapy group(40 cases).Arterial infusion chemotherapy was used in the arterial chemotherapy group,and systemic intravenous chemotherapy was used in the intravenous chemotherapy group.The two groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment and 3 courses of continuous chemotherapy.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions,operation time and bleeding volume were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of arterial chemotherapy group(88.37%)was higher than that of intravenous chemotherapy group(67.50%)(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance on the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance on the difference in operation time and bleeding volume between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Preoperative arterial infusion chemotherapy is superior to systemic intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of early massive cervical cancer,which is worthy of clinical reference.
