摘　　要：针对"英才计划"科学选才鉴才的难点,论述建立学科潜质评测系统的目的和意义,并结合兰州大学承担"英才计划"物理学科潜质评测题库开发项目的实际,介绍了系统的设计框架、基本功能和特色点。潜质评测系统实施效果良好,完善了拔尖学生选拔模式,以其公平与公正促成积极的社会效应,使更多的青少年脱颖而出。Identifying outstanding students from high schools is critical, but challenging for "Elite program". Regarding this problem, the system evaluating the subject potential of studies is proposed, and the purpose and significance of this evaluation system are discussed. In combination with the project of developing a physics potential evaluation question bank organized by Lanzhou University, the design framework, basic functions and featured points of the system are introduced. The potential evaluation system has progressed well, and will perfect the selection model of top-notch students, promote positive social effects with fairness and procedural justice, and make more teenagers stand out.
