摘 要:为了克服对高速动车组实际结构开展检修工艺实验的困难,促进理论教学与实验教学紧密结合。运用虚拟仿真技术,开发设计了高速动车组检修工艺实验教学系统。学生通过虚拟仿真系统完成高速动车组检修计划编制、设备选型、检修工艺流程制定和转向架拆卸等模拟交互操作,对比测试数据和设计参数,对转向架性能影响指标进行分析评价。该虚拟仿真实验系统可以使学生快速跟踪动车组关键技术发展,提升解决复杂工程问题的能力,支持高等院校师生及国内外轨道交通企业员工通过远程操作进行学习,为国内高校面向轨道交通行业培养实践创新型人才提供了一种新的实践教学模式。In order to overcome the difficulties of carrying out the maintenance technology experiment for the actual structure of high-speed EMU and promote the close combination of theoretical teaching with experimental teaching, the virtual simulation technology is used to design and develop the experiment teaching system of high-speed EMU maintenance technology. Through the virtual simulation system, students can complete the simulation interactive operation of high-speed EMU maintenance plan preparation, equipment selection, maintenance process formulation and bogie disassembly, compare the test data and design parameters, and analyze and evaluate the bogie performance impact index. The virtual simulation experiment system can improve students’ ability of fast tracking the development of EMU key technologies and solving complex engineering problems, support university teachers and students and employees of domestic and foreign rail transit enterprises to learn through the remote operation and provide a new practical teaching model for domestic colleges and universities to train practical innovative talents for rail transit industry.
