巡视巡察对国有企业改革发展的助推作用:探索与实践

摘　　要：巡视巡察是全面从严治党的重要手段,也是党内监督的重要方式。国有企业通过开展巡视巡察强化了全面从严治党,加强了干部队伍建设,营造了风清气正氛围,也保障了依法治企,促进了企业的高质量发展。中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司(下文简称"商发")通过巡视巡察工作的开展,强化了党建,全面从严治党进一步夯实;转变了作风,风清气正氛围进一步浓郁;促进了管理,流程制度体系进一步健全;推进了改革,服务主业项目研制进一步聚焦。发挥好巡视巡察对于国有企业改革发展的助推作用,关键在于突出政治定位,重点在于精准发现问题,根本在于强化成果运用,建立长效机制。Patrol inspection is an important means of comprehensively strictly governing the Party,and it is also an important means of supervision within the Party.It is an important means to ensure the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.It is an important measure to strengthen and improve the Party building of state-owned enterprises.It is an important way for strengthening the construction of state-owned enterprise cadres and an important way to promote state-owned enterprises according to law.Through the patrol inspection work,the AECC was strengthened Party building from strict governance;the style of work was changed,the atmosphere was further strengthened;the management and the process system were further improved;the reform was promoted,and the service project was developed.The key to promoting the reform and development of state-owned enterprises is to highlight the political orientation,focusing on the accurate detection of problems,strengthening the use of results,and establishing a long-term mechanism to continuously promote the comprehensive reform of the Party and enterprise.
