摘 要:线性力马达研究在高温下永磁铁存在退磁、线圈散热能力下降导致许用电流降低等问题,对材料选择和结构优化设计提出了挑战.文中从线圈参数、气隙结构、永磁材料等方面对6通径DDV阀用线性力马达进行优化设计.利用Ansoft Maxwell软件建立线性力马达有限元仿真模型,针对线圈结构参数,重点研究安匝数的优化选择;针对气隙结构参数,研究气隙宽度、高度等因素对马达力性能的影响;对耐高温永磁体的材料进行优化选择.仿真与实验结果表明:优化后的线性力马达耐高温能力和输出力显著提高,工作油温最高可达200℃,驱动力在100 N以上.To solve the rating current falling problem of the linear motor induced by the demagnetization of permanent magnet at high temperature and the decrease of coil’s cooling capacity,the material selection and structure optimization design are emphasized in the research area of linear motor.In this paper,the permanent magnet material,winding parameters,air gap structure and so on sides were focused on for the linear motor optimization design of 6 channels direct drive servovalve(DDV).Firstly,a finite element simulation model of the linear motor was established with Ansoft Maxwell software.And then,the parameters of winding structure were optimized,including the width and height of air gap structure,ampere turns of coil,considering the permanent magnet material.Finally,some simulation and experiment tests were carried out.The results show that,the high temperature resistance and output force of the optimized linear force motor can be significantly improved.The maximum working temperature can reach 200 degrees Celsius,and the driving force can over 100 N.
