摘 要:由于带有内置式压力和温度传感器的智能化比例换向阀具有较复杂的阀口形状和流道,对阀口流量系数存在较大影响,传统对阀口流量系数通常套用经验公式方法难以直接应用,因此本文采用压力传感器和阀芯位移传感器,通过流量与位移、压差三维数据表查找插值计算获得阀口流量,进行流量反馈控制.该方法可以实现采用比例换向阀的流量动态控制功能,从而提高比例换向阀的通用性.With the continuous improvement of sensor technology and intelligent technology,intelligent proportional directional valve with built-in pressure sensor and temperature sensor are emerging.However,due to the large volume and slow response of the flow sensor,the flow sensor is difficult to be integrated into the proportional valve,so the flow information needs to be obtained indirectly by calculation.The traditional calculation method usually applies the empirical formula to the valve port flow coefficient.However,the proportional directional valve used in this study has a more complicated valve port shape and flow channel,which has a great influence on the valve port flow coefficient,and the traditional method is difficult to be directly applied.Therefore,the pressure sensors and the spool displacement sensor are used in this paper.The flow is calculated using the look-up table method and the flow feedback control is performed.This method can realize the flow dynamic control function of the proportional directional valve,thereby improving the versatility of the proportional directional valve.
