摘　　要：药物临床试验信息化是我国临床试验发展的必然趋势。本文在临床试验信息系统实现与医院各类系统互联互通方面做了探索实践,很好地实现了临床试验患者识别标记、免费医嘱、医生权限控制、随访提醒、在线处方与检查检验即时读取可溯源等功能,极大地保证了我院临床试验过程真实,结果可靠。在医院信息建设层面消除了临床试验信息孤岛,实现信息闭环管理。Clinical trial informatization is an inevitable trend of clinical trial development in China. The connectivity between clinical trials system and various information systems in hospital was presented in this paper, which has made an exploration practice, realized the clinical trial patients’ identification mark, free advice, access control, follow-up reminder, online prescription and immediate reading traceability of examination and other functions.The interconnection of information system ensures the authenticity of clinical trial process and reliable results in our hospital. At the hospital information construction level, the clinical trial information silos are eliminated and the information closed-loop management is realized.
