办公自动化管理系统在感染科护理工作的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析办公自动化管理系统在感染科护理工作的临床作用。方法:选取我科2017年1月至2018年12月收治的300例患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组150例。对照组接受常规管理,观察组患者接受办公自动化管理系统管理。比较两组患者平均住院时间、感染康复时间及护理文书书写质量评分。结果:观察组患者住院时间、感染康复时间低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组护理文书书写过程便捷程度、数据统计便捷程度、交接班内容一致性评分高于对照组(P<0.05),护理书写重复程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医院感染管理是医院医疗质量及医疗安全的重要组成部分,办公自动化管理系统能改善感染科护理工作现状,提高科室护理质量及工作效率,节约科室人力及物力资源,改善传统管理模式下感染科管理效率低下、管理不到位、预警不及时的护理现状,实现科学化管理、信息化管理的目的。Objective: To investigate clinical role of office automation management system in nursing work in infectious department. Methods: 300 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 150 cases in each group. The control group received routine management, while the observation group received office automation management system management. Then the average hospitalization time, infection recovery time and nursing document writing quality score were compared between the two groups. Results: The hospitalization time and the recovery time of infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of nursing document writing process, data statistics convenience and consistency of shift turnover records in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the scores of nursing writing repetition were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hospital infection management is an important part of hospital medical quality and medical safety. Office automation management system can improve the status quo of nursing work in infection department, improve the quality and efficiency of nursing, save human and material resources, as well as ameliorate the nursing status of infection department under the traditional management mode, such as inefficient management, inadequate management and untimely warning, thus achieve the goal of scientific management.
