加替沙星滴眼液与盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨加替沙星滴眼液和盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎的疗效。方法80例细菌性角膜炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用加替沙星滴眼液进行治疗,对照组采用盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、治疗时间以及治疗费用。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率97.5%高于对照组的72.5%,不良反应发生率5.0%低于对照组的27.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗时间(7.6±0.7)d短于对照组的(10.2±1.2)d,治疗费用(529.8±20.5)元高于对照组的(371.1±11.3)元,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加替沙星滴眼液相比于盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎的总有效率更高,治疗期间不良反应发生率低,治疗时间短,但治疗费用较盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液高,治疗过程中要根据患者的个人情况进行选择。Objective To discuss the efficacy of gatifloxacin eye drops and levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment of bacterial keratitis.Methods A total of 80 bacterial keratitis patients as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by gatifloxacin eye drops,and the control group was treated by levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,treatment time and treatment costs were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the control group 72.5%,and the incidence of adverse reactions 5.0%was lower than that of the control group 27.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment time(7.6±0.7)d of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(10.2±1.2)d,and treatment costs(529.8±20.5)yuan was higher than that of the control group(371.1±11.3)yuan.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops,gatifloxacin eye drops have a higher total effective rate in the treatment of bacterial keratitis,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions and a shorter treatment time,but the cost of treatment is higher than levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops.The two drugs should be selected according to the individual situation of patients.
