摘 要:目的评价体外模拟低温老化对一种新透明Y-TZP陶瓷产品弯曲强度的影响,并进行相应的Weibull分析。方法制备16枚透明Y-TZP陶瓷Katana UTML(KU)试件,以市场常用的透明Y-TZP产品Lava Plus(LP)为对照。将制备的试件按以下方法模拟低温老化:温度134℃、压力0.2 MPa的高压灭菌锅内持续20 h。使用万能测试机测试老化前、后试件的弯曲强度,对弯曲强度的数值进行Weibull分析。此外,对两种氧化锆陶瓷在老化前后分别进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,以观察老化前后的表面微观结构的变化。结果KU在老化前后的弯曲强度无统计学差异,但明显低于LP;Weibull分析结果发现,KU的Weibull模量(m)在老化后提高,而LP的m值在老化后发生了降低。扫描电镜结果发现,KU老化前后的表面微观形态未发生明显变化;而LP老化后晶粒的连续性发生了破坏。结论老化对新透明Y-TZP陶瓷产品KU的弯曲强度并未产生不利影响,相比于LP而言,老化也未造成KU的可靠性和结构完整性降低,说明KU具有更好的耐低温老化性能。Objective To evaluate the effect of aging in vitro on the flexural strength of a novel transparent Y-TZP ceramic product and carry out corresponding Weibull analysis.Methods Sixteen transparent Y-TZP ceramic Katana UTML(KU)specimens were prepared and Lava Plus(LP)was selected as the control group,with a transparent Y-TZP product commonly used in the dental market.The specimens were subjected to hydrothermal aging treatment according to the following methods:in an autoclave at 134℃under 0.2 MPa for 20 h.The flexural strengths of the samples before and after aging were tested by a universal tester,and then the values of flexural strength were analyzed by Weibull analysis.Besides,scanning electron microscope(SEM)was applied to analyze the surface microstructure of the two zirconia ceramics before and after aging to observe its changes.Results There was no significant difference in the flexural strength of KU before and after aging,but it was significantly lower than that of LP.The results of Weibull analysis showed that the Weibull modulus(m)of KU increased after aging,while the m value of LP decreased.The results of SEM showed that there were no significant changes on the surface morphology of KU after aging,while the grain continuity of LP was destroyed.Conclusion Aging in vitro has no adverse effect on the flexural strength of the novel transparent Y-TZP ceramic product KU.Compared with LP,hydrothermal aging treatment does not reduce the reliability and structural integrity of KU,which indicates that KU has a better aging resistance than LP.
