水体铜污染对吊兰生长与生理特性的影响

摘  要:为了探讨观赏植物在重金属污染水体植物修复中的作用,本文选用观赏植物吊兰,研究在水体中,不同Cu浓度胁迫下,吊兰的生长状况与生理特性。结果显示,随着水体中Cu浓度的升高,吊兰生长受到不同程度的抑制,但吊兰对Cu具有较强的耐性,在Cu浓度达到20mg·L-1时,仍能正常生长。吊兰叶片和根中富集的Cu含量随培养液中Cu浓度的增加而增加,与水体Cu浓度呈正相关。该研究结果可以为将吊兰应用于Cu污染水体的修复提供理论支撑。In order to explore the role of ornamental plants in phytoremediation of heavy metal polluted water,this paper selected Chlorophytum comosum,an ornamental plant to study the growth and physiological characteristics,which under different Cu concentration stress in water.The results showed that with the increase of Cu concentration in water,the growth of C.comosum was inhibited to some extent,but C.comosum had strong tolerance to Cu.When the Cu concentration reached 20mg·L-1,it could still grow normally.The concentration of Cu in leaves and roots of C.comosum increased with the increase of Cu concentration in culture medium,which was positively correlated with the concentration of Cu in water.The results can provide theoretical support for the application of C.comosum to the remediation of Cu polluted water.
