摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)病因复杂,多由脾胃素虚,内外之邪乘而袭之,脾胃升降失常,日久瘀阻胃络所致,治宜从"虚瘀错杂"为基础,以香砂六君子汤加减治疗疗效显著。The causes of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) are complicated, mostly induced by the invasion of internal and external pathogen when spleen and stomach were weak, it stagnated and blocked stomach collateralls finally after the ascending and descending functions of spleen and stomach became abnormal. The treatment should be based on ’ deficiency intermingled with stagnation’’, and modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction could obtain notable effects.
