摘 要:大学生学习心理存在个体差异,教师教风作为外部因素对学生学习心理的影响如何备受关注。为了更好了解高校教师教风对学习心理的影响,本文对某省内4所高校教师的教风现状及其对学生学习心理的影响进行了调查。结果表明:高校的整体教风状态良好,但也发现有少部分教师、学院根据课堂反馈在提升教风的过程等方面仍然存在问题,给大学生学习心理带来了很大的影响。在全面分析教风对学生学习心理影响原因的基础上,提出改进教风促进大学生积极学习的措施。There are individual differences in the learning psychology of university students,and the influence of teachers’teaching style as an external factor on students’learning psychology has attracted much attention.In order to better understand the influence of teaching style on learning psychology,this paper investigates the current situation of teaching style and its influence on students’learning psychology of four university teachers in a province.The results show that the overall teaching style of universities is in good condition,but it is also found that a few teachers and university still have problems in improving teaching style according to classroom feedback,which has brought great influence on the learning psychology of university students.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the causes of the influence of teaching style on students’learning psychology,this paper puts forward measures to improve teaching style and promote college students’active learning.
