苏州博物馆学术型书画展览的剖析与探讨

摘　　要：苏州博物馆自2012年至今打造了一系列以古代书画为主的极具本馆个性与特色的展览。这些展览是根据苏州的城市精神与气质,结合苏博书画藏品状况而量身定制。扎实的学术研究是做好书画展览的基础。苏博实行展览项目制,由展览组、图书研讨会组、宣传教育组、文创组、多媒体开发组形成策展团队,策展团队从内容落地、展品选择、形式设计、教育宣传等方面将展览目的和主题以观众感兴趣的方式呈现。成功的展览要处理好"物"与"人"的关系,要努力让观者在参观过程中产生共鸣。好的书画展览要重视新媒体的宣传。要展教结合,配合展览设计与内容相关的观众教育活动、科普读物等;同时,要巧妙利用多媒体技术丰富展览,多层次的展览内容和多元化、多维度的手段能辅助观众更深入地参观、体验和学习。Since 2012,Suzhou Museum has curated a series of painting and calligraphy exhibitions suc cessfully representing the character and characteristics of the museum.These exhibitions were specially de signed according to the ethos of the city of Suzhou and the condition of the museum’s painting and calli graphic collections.Suzhou Museum has adopted the project management system for its exhibitions.For each of these exhibitions a curatorial team consisting of members in charge of exhibition,catalogues and seminars,publicizing and education,merchandising,and multimedia was formed to implement the project.Research has played an important role and laid a solid foundation for the success of these exhibitions.Work ing on the content design,objects selection,graphic design as well as education and publicizing,the curatori al team aimed to present the purpose and theme of the exhibition in a way that appeals to the audience.A good exhibition should be able to properly tackle the relationship between“objects”and“people”and strive to enable the audience resonate with the exhibition.Publicizing through new media is also crucial to the suc cess of an exhibition.Educational initiatives such as learning activities or science books for the general pub lic should be designed in line with the exhibition content.Meanwhile,multimedia technologies should be used in a tactful way to enrich the exhibition;multi-layered exhibition content with diversified,multi-dimen sional exhibition approaches could facilitate a more engaging experience of visiting and learning.
