摘 要:为设计一种结构简单、栽植稳定、质量高、效率高的移栽机构,提出设计一种新型的六杆移栽机构。简化为数学模型后建立矢量方程,并得到移栽部件的位移、速度、加速度模型,分析其工作原理和运动轨迹规律,并借助ADAMS软件仿真分析,对其设计要求进行验证。栽植部件可实现株距为200 mm的栽植动作,轨迹平滑,在每个时长为1.5 s的周期内回程时间相对去程减少0.23 s。此新型六杆移栽机构满足栽植直立度要求、栽植深度和栽植株距要求,并且有急回特性,移栽效率较高,为进一步研究性能优良的移栽机打下理论基础。In order to improve the efficiency of transplanting and obtain better performance, a new type of six-bar transplanting mechanism was put forward, which was simplified into a mathematical model and established a vector equation. The displacement, velocity and acceleration models of transplanting components were obtained, and its working principle and motion rules were analyzed. Moreover, the design requirements were verified by ADAMS software simulation analysis. The planting parts can take the action with a spacing of 200 mm, with a smooth trajectory, and the return time reduces by 0.23 s in each cycle of 1.5 s.The results show that the new six-bar transplanting mechanism meets the requirements of transplanting erect degree, planting depth and planting distance, and has the characteristics of rapid return and high transplanting efficiency, which lays a theoretical foundation for further research on transplanting machine with excellent performance.
