持续湿化在喉癌患者术后护理的要点研究

摘　　要：目的对于喉癌患者手术之后接受持续湿化的效果进行探讨。方法对于2016年10月—2019年3月接诊的喉癌患者资料60例开展分析,60例喉癌患者全部接受气管切开术,根据入院顺序奇偶法对喉癌患者进行分组,给予其中30例喉癌患者间断湿化,将其作为对照组,给予剩余30例喉癌患者持续湿化,将其作为研究组,对比两组喉癌患者临床效果。结果两组喉癌患者接受治疗过程中产生并发症几率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于喉癌术后患者,为其提供持续湿化,能够减少治疗过程中并发症出现风险。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous humidification in patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery.Methods The data of 60 cases of laryngeal cancer patients accepted from October 2016 to March 2019 was carried out the analysis.All 60 patients with laryngeal cancer were underwent tracheotomy.The patients were divided into groups according to the admission order parity method.30 patients with laryngeal cancer were given intermittent humidification as a control group and the remaining 30 patients with laryngeal cancer were given continuous humidification,as a research group,the clinical effects of the two groups of laryngeal cancer patients were compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups of laryngeal cancer patients during treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery,providing them with continuous humidification can reduce the risk of complications during treatment.
