专病护士全程干预在乳腺癌患者患肢康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨专病护士全程护理干预在乳腺癌改良根治术后患肢康复中的应用。方法回顾性调查2018年3月—6月在本科行乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后患肢功能的恢复情况,2018年7月—10月为观察组,由专病护士全程护理干预,比较两组患者出院时的乳腺癌术后康复知识掌握情况和满意度,术后3个月患侧肢体功能恢复情况和水肿发生率。结果观察组出院时的乳腺癌术后康复知识掌握情况和满意度均高于历史对照组;术后三个月水肿发生率2%,低于对照组(16%);术后3个月患侧肢体功能恢复情况优于历史对照组,两组间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专病护士全程护理干预能提高乳腺癌患者术后康复效果。Objective To explore the application of whole-course nursing intervention for special nurses in rehabilitation of affected limbs after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods To retrospectively investigate the functional exercise of affected limbs after modified radical mastectomy in the department from March to June 2018.The observation group was from July to October 2018.The nursing intervention was conducted by special nurses throughout the course.The awareness rate and satisfaction rate of postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer knowledge were compared between the two groups,and the recovery of limb function and the incidence of edema at 3 months after operation were compared.Results The awareness rate and satisfaction rate of postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the historical control group at discharge;the incidence rate of edema in the three months after operation was 2%,lower than that in the control group(16%);the recovery of limb function in the affected side was better than that in the historical control group at three months after operation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-course nursing intervention of special nurses can improve the rehabilitation effect of breast cancer patients after operation.
