摘 要:以某型号汽车制动器隔离盘低压铸造作为研究对象,模拟分析了A356铝合金的充型规律以及冷却过程中的温度分布,对冷却后铸件的损伤进行了预测,并研究了铝合金浇注温度对铸件成型质量的影响。结果表明,离浇注系统越远,铸件的冷却速率越快,越靠近铸件外部,铸件的冷却速率越快;755℃为合适的浇注温度,此时,铸件的最大损伤值为0.00298,远小于0.01。Taking the low-pressure casting of the isolation disc of a certain type of automobile brake as the research object, the mold filling rule of A356 aluminum alloy and the temperature distribution in the cooling process were simulated and analyzed, and the damage of the casting after cooling was predicted. The influence of the casting temperature of the aluminum alloy on the quality of the casting was also studied. The results show that the farther away from the gating system is,the faster the cooling rate of the castings is, and the closer to the outer part of the castings is, the faster the cooling rate of the castings is. 755 ℃ is the appropriate pouring temperature. Under this condition, the maximum damage value of the casting is 0.00298, which is far less than 0.01.
