摘　　要：长沙科教资源优势突出,产学研协同创新通过政府着力搭建平台、政策支持提供发展空间、不断创新机制取得了一系列成效。与此同时,也面临企业和高校产学研协同创新的利益冲突有待突破、产学研协同创新的思想认识有待提高、产学研协同创新模式需要进一步优化等障碍。文章从政府、企业和高校院所三个维度,提出要强化政府的引导作用、重视企业的主体作用、发挥高校院所的资源优势作用,推动产学研协同创新。Based on the outstanding advantages in science and education resources of Changsha, the collaborative innovation of Changsha industry-university-research institute has gained a series of achievements through the government’s efforts to build a platform, policy support to provide development space, and the continuous innovation mechanism. Meanwhile, it also faces some obstacles: the conflict of interest between enterprises and universities in collaborative innovation, the ideological awareness of collaborative innovation and the mode of collaborative innovation all need to be improved. From the three dimensions of government,enterprises and colleges and universities, this paper proposes to strengthen the guiding role of the government,the main role of enterprises and the resource advantages of colleges and universities to promote the collaborative innovation of Industry-University-Research Institute.
