少数民族高校大学生思想政治教育存在问题的原因分析及对策

摘　　要：通过问卷调查,少数民族高校大学生思想政治教育存在国情了解不够,主动意识欠缺等问题,对这些问题进行分析,有三个方面的原因,学校方面存在思想政治教育宣传深度不够,缺乏有效监督机制和思政队伍不健全的原因;教师方面存在思政教育人人参与意识不强和扎实有效的教学方法不多原因;个人方面存在学习意识不强和个人职业规划不清晰的原因。通过原因分析,进而得出相应对策:一是学校创造思想政治教育条件;二是教师努力提升思政专业素养;三是大学生个人提高思想政治意识。Order to surveyquestionnaire, Minority College students’ ideological and political educationexists the problem of lacking of understanding of national conditions and active consciousness, and so on. After analysis, there are three reasons: From school, the propaganda of ideological and political education is not enough, and Lack of effective oversight mechanisms and inadequate teams. From teachers, they lack of awareness of everyone’s participation in ideological and political education and solid and effective teaching methods;From students, They lack of awareness of learning and personal career planning. In order to analysis the reasons,We find the countermeasures. FIrst, colleges should create conditions for ideological and political education;Second,teachers should make great efforts to improve their professional literacy in ideological and political affairs.Third, college students should improve their ideological and political consciousness.
