摘 要:利用光学显微镜(OM),扫描电镜(SEM),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和力学性能测试等研究了不同深冷处理工艺对经Q-P-T工艺处理后30CrMo钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,30CrMo钢最佳的Q-P-T+深冷工艺为:260℃淬火温度,400℃碳配分温度、60 s碳配分时间、-100℃深冷温度、1 h深冷保温时间和一次深冷。经最优的Q-P-T+深冷工艺处理后,30CrMo钢的碳化物的平均尺寸较小,残留奥氏体含量明显增加,残留奥氏体的体积分数约为7.9%,显微硬度约为482 HV,抗拉强度约为1629 MPa,强塑积约为20525 MPa·%,伸长率约为12.6%,其综合力学性能得到了较大幅度提高。The effects of different cryogenic treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 30 CrMo steel treated by Q-P-T process were studied by means of optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and mechanical properties test. The results show that the optimum Q-P-T and cryogenic process of the 30 CrMo steel is as follows: quenching temperature of 260 ℃, carbon distribution temperature of 400 ℃, carbon distribution time of 60 s, cryogenic temperature of-100 ℃, cryogenic holding time of 1 h and cryogenic treatment for one time. After the optimal Q-P-T and cryogenic process, the average carbide size of the 30 CrMo steel is small, the retained austenite content is obviously increased, the volume fraction of retained austenite is about 7.9%, the microhardness is about 482 HV, the tensile strength is about 1629 MPa, the product of strength and elongation is about 20525 MPa·%, the elongation is about 12.6%, which shows that the comprehensive mechanical properties of the 30 CrMo steel have been greatly improved.
