河南省某师范院校大学生健康素养调查

摘　　要：目的:调查分析河南省某师范院校大学生的健康素养水平,为对师范院校大学生的健康素养采取有效干预措施提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样法对河南省某师范院校1100名大学生的健康素养进行问卷调查。结果:师范院校大学生健康素养的平均得分为(46.32±6.76),总体健康素养水平为21.6%;师范院校大学生3个方面(健康基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康基本技能)的素养水平分别为17.2%、28.8%和42.0%;6类健康问题(科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗、健康信息)的素养水平分别为24.1%、33.5%、8.8%、63.4%、9.6%和34.5%。结论:河南省某师范院校大学生的健康素养尚处于较低水平。师范院校要勇于突破传统模式,抓住重点人群,有针对性地积极开展健康教育与促进活动,以提高大学生的健康素养水平。Objective:To investigate the health literacy of normal university students in Henan province,to provide reference for effective intervention measures of the health literacy of normal university students.Methods:A questionnaire survey about health literacy was conducted among 1100 students in a normal university in Henan province by the convenience sampling method.Results:The average score of health literacy of normal university students was(46.32±6.76).The overall health literacy level was 21.6%.The normal university students'literacy levels in 3 levels(basic health knowledge and philosophy,healthy lifestyle and behavior,basic health skills)were 17.2%,28.8% and 42.0%,respectively,6 types of health problems(the scientific view of health,prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,safety&first aid,basic medical treatment and health information)were 24.1%,33.5%,8.8%,63.4%,9.6% and 34.5%,respectively.Conclusion:The health literacy level of normal university students was relatively low in Henan province.The effective intervention measures should be actively taken to improve normal university students'health literacy by breaking through the traditional mode,grasping the key groups and carrying out targeted interventions.
