摘　　要：目的:了解武汉市高校低年级学生对艾滋病(AIDS)自愿咨询检测(VCT)服务的认知情况。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对武汉市13所高校1615名大一、大二学生进行VCT服务认知情况的匿名问卷调查。结果:44.9%的学生知晓VCT服务,54.7%的学生有意愿利用VCT服务。多因素Logistic回归(Wald向前法)分析显示,知晓VCT服务(OR=1.304)、认为发生不安全性行为后应主动寻求VCT服务(OR=2.630)、认为通过接受免费VCT服务可以知晓自己是否感染AIDS(OR=1.667)的学生VCT服务的利用率更高。认为自身与AIDS距离较近(OR=1.719)的HIV感染风险意识高的学生、男性学生(OR=1.298)以及周围同学接受过VCT服务(OR=2.697)的学生更愿意利用VCT服务。结论:应加强对VCT服务的宣传,提高高校低年级学生VCT服务认知水平和感染HIV的风险意识,转变其对AIDS的恐惧和歧视心理,提高其HIV检测率。Objective:To understand the awareness of HIV/AIDS voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)services among junior grade college students in Wuhan.Methods:Anonymous questionnaires were conducted among 1615 freshmen and sophomores in 13 universities in Wuhan by cluster sampling method.Results:44.9%of the students were aware of VCT services,and 54.7%of which were willing to utilize VCT services.Multivariate logistic regression analysis(Wald forward method)showed that respondents who were aware of VCT services(OR=1.304),who thought they should seek for VCT services after risky sexual behaviors(OR=2.630),who thought they could know their HIV infection status by receiving free VCT services(OR=1.667)were more likely to use VCT services.Students who were highly aware of HIV infection risks and thought that they were close to AIDS(OR=1.719),as well as male students(OR=1.298)and those whose classmates had received VCT services(OR=2.697)were more willing to use VCT services(P<0.05).Conclusion:Education on knowledge of AIDS and VCT services should be strengthened to increase the knowledge of VCT services and the awareness of HIV infection risk,and discrimination opinion of AIDS should be changed among junior grade college students,so as to improve the awareness and utilization of VCT services among this population,and to promote their HIV testing rate.
