摘 要:温和条件下高效催化硼氢化物水解产氢是开发清洁氢能源的一条重要途径.本文制备了硅藻土为载体的负载型金属催化剂,利用XRD、SEM和EDX表征了催化剂的物相组成和微观形貌.催化硼氢化钾水解产氢研究表明,金属负载量相同条件下,硅藻土负载的钴金属催化剂催化活性要明显高于负载型镍、铁金属催化剂,催化产氢速率达到109440 mL-H 2·g^-1-Co·h^-1,而且钴负载量对于硅藻土负载的钴金属催化剂的催化性能有明显影响.催化反应动力学研究表明负载量为1.0 wt%的钴催化剂催化KBH 4水解制氢反应活化能约为95.7 kJ·mol^-1,表现出对硼氢化钾水解产氢反应较佳的催化性能.High-efficiency hydrogen generation from borohydride hydrolysis reaction under ambient condition is an important pathway of developing clean hydrogen energy.In this work,diatomite-supported metallic catalysts were prepared and their phase composition and microscopic morphology were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDX.The catalytic hydrogen generation experiments from borohydride hydrolysis have been performed,the results demonstrated that diatomite-supported cobalt catalyst exhibited remarkably higher activity than diatomite-supported nickle and iron catalysts,and the cobalt loading show distinct influence on its performance.Catalytic reaction kinetics studies manifest the activation energy of hydrogen generation reaction catalyzed by diatomite-supported cobalt catalyst with the cobalt loading of 1.0 wt%is about 95.7 kJ·mol^-1,indicating that the as-prepared diatomite-supported cobalt catalyst exhibits remarkably high catalytic activity for borohydride hydrolysis reaction.
