摘　　要：目的分析消化内镜治疗胃间质瘤的疗效及安全性。方法研究对象为50例胃间质瘤患者,25例行腹腔镜手术患者归为参照组,25例行消化内镜治疗归为研究组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者各项手术指标均显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论消化内镜治疗胃间质瘤的疗效较为显著,有利于患者康复,安全性较高,推荐临床应用。Objective to analyze the efficacy and safety of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor.Methods 50 patients with gastric stromal tumor were studied,25 patients with laparoscopic surgery were included in the reference group,and 25 patients with digestive endoscopic treatment were included in the study group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results all surgical indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion digestive endoscopy has a significant effect on the treatment of gastric stromal tumor,which is conducive to the recovery of patients with high safety,and is recommended for clinical application.
