摘 要:为提高喷气织机主喷嘴加速性,降低耗气量,文章对主喷嘴导纱管进行改进构型的性能研究,并提出三种改进的导纱管构型。基于Fluent软件对具有三种不同导纱管构型的主喷嘴内流场进行数值模拟研究,分析导纱管对气流的加速性。分析结果表明:改进的导纱管构型二和三相比于圆柱形导纱管,加速性分别提高0. 8%~22. 5%和2%~11%;构型三由渐缩管段和圆柱管段组成,因此气流在导纱管出口平行流出,有利于和辅助喷嘴喷射气流的汇合;随着构型三渐缩管段长度的增加,导纱管出口气流速度先增大后减小,且渐缩管段长度在150 mm左右时,导纱管出口气流速度最大。In order to improve the acceleration performance and reduce the air consumption of main nozzles of an air-jet loom,the performances of the improved configurations of thread tube were studied here. Three improved configurations of thread tube were developed. The numerical simulation study was conducted by Fluent software for the internal flow field of main nozzles with three different thread tube configurations,and the acceleration performance of thread tube for airflow was investigated. The results show that,compared with cylindrical thread tube,the acceleration performances of improved thread tube configurations Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased by 0. 8% ~ 22. 5% and 2% ~ 11%,respectively. The configuration Ⅲ consists of a tapered section and a cylindrical section. So,airflow is parallel at the outlet of the thread tube,which contributes to and assists the nozzle in joining jet stream. As the length of the tapered section increases,the airflow velocity at the outlet of the thread tube increases firstly and then decreases. And the maximal velocity occurs when the length of tapered section is about 150 mm.
