摘 要:大数据是跨境电商产业发展的重要驱动力之一,本文分析了大数据支持下我国饲料企业跨境电商的基本运营流程,及十年来跨境电商交易总额的变化趋势。在大数据背景下,基于SWOT模型分析了饲料企业跨境电商发展的内部优势、劣势和外部面临的机遇与挑战,其中优势和机遇主要表现在平台功能逐步完善,国内饲料市场基础优越,国家政策导向利好等;劣势和挑战主要表现在出口产品结构亟待优化,支付体系和物流体系存在一定问题,品牌的影响力不足等,针对这些不足与挑战提出了具体的应对解决措施。Big data is one of the important driving forces for the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.This paper analyzed the basic operation process of cross-border e-commerce of feed enterprises in China under the support of big data and the change trend of total cross-border e-commerce transactions in the past decade.Under the background of big data,based on the SWOT model,this paper analyzed the internal advantages and disadvantages of cross-border e-commerce development of feed enterprises,as well as the external opportunities and challenges.The advantages and opportunities mainly lie in the gradual improvement of platform functions,the advantages of domestic feed market foundation,and the advantages of national policies.The disadvantages and challenges mainly lie in the urgent need to optimize the structure of export products,payment system and materials.There were some problems in the fluid system and the influence of the brand is insufficient.In view of these problems and challenges,specific countermeasures and solutions were proposed.
