摘　　要：随着现代科学技术的不断发展,计算机网络已经成为人们日常生活中的重要组成部分。但由于现阶段刑法制度方面尚未完善,许多不法分子就会钻取法律的空子,并以非法获利为主要目的,产生了很多危害性极强的网络犯罪行为。为防止和打击此类犯罪行为,需要结合当前的刑法规制形式,采取切实有效的方式方法,对计算机网络犯罪行为加以处理与控制。认真研究计算机网络犯罪的发展特点以及刑法规制策略等相关内容,是有效防范和应对计算机网络犯罪行为的重要步骤和有力举措。With the continuous development of modern science and technology,computer network has become an important part of people’s daily life.However,because the current criminal law system is not perfect,many lawbreakers will take advantage of the legal loopholes,and make illegal profits as the main purpose,resulting in a lot of harmful network crimes.In order to prevent and combat this kind of crime,we need to combine the current form of criminal law regulation,take effective ways and methods to deal with and control the computer network crime.It is an important step and a powerful measure to study the development characteristics of computer network crime and the criminal law regulation strategies.
