摘 要:自我国高等教育大众化以来,研究生教育规模随之不断增长,教育质量问题备受关注.美国研究生教育从19世纪伊始,经历150多年曲折与沉淀.本文从招生制度、课程与教学、管理方式、导师队伍、奖助制度等方面进行比较,发现虽然在规模和数量上具有可比性,但是在内涵发展上存在差距.我国的研究生的教育质量提升需从多方面重手寻求突破,但由于我国的研究生教育由于起步较晚,部分制度改进需循序渐进,太早或过快的催生,结果只是移植一种形式.Since the popularization of higher education in China,the scale of graduate education has been increasing,and the quality of education has been concerned.Since the beginning of the 19 th century,American graduate education has experienced more than 150 years of twists and turns.This paper compares the enrollment system,curriculum and teaching,management mode,tutor team,grant system and other aspects,and finds that although there is comparability in scale and quantity,there is a gap in connotation development.The improvement of the quality of graduate education in China needs to seek breakthroughs in many aspects.However,due to the late start of graduate education in China,part of the system improvement needs to be carried out step by step,which is too early or too fast,the result is just a form of transplantation.
