诺丁斯关心理论视角下师生交往的困境与反思

摘  要:师生交往是教师与学生之间进行的一种育人活动.诺丁斯关心理论强调关心学生,与学生建立关心关系,这是师生交往的内在需要.当前师生交往中关心严重缺失,学校对关心关系的认可度低,教师对关心关系存在误读,学生对教师的关心反馈不积极.因此,应该关心教师需要,营造关心的氛围,加强理论学习,树立关心的交往观,组织学生参与关心实践,建构关心型师生交往.Communication between teachers and students is an educational activity between teachers and students.Notting’s caring theory emphasizes caring for students and establishing caring relationship with them,which is the inner need of communication between teachers and students.At present,there is a serious lack of concern in the communication between teachers and students,the school’s recognition of the concern relationship is low,teachers misread the concern relationship,and students’concern feedback is not positive.Therefore,we should pay attention to the needs of teachers,create an atmosphere of concern,strengthen theoretical learning,establish a concept of communication of concern,organize students to participate in the practice of concern,and build a caring type of communication between teachers and students.
