摘　　要：王阳明是明代著名的思想家、文学家、哲学家和军事家,从踏上仕途开始,到在任上去世,王阳明经常思考着辞官归隐的问题。文章分析了《王阳明全集》中收录的王阳明奏疏,发现其中有若干请辞的奏疏与王阳明的亲情羁绊和内心苦闷有关,因此从身体、亲情、能力三方面探讨了王阳明辞职的原因及其背后的苦衷,认为王阳明的真实意图是仕途不顺、抒发苦闷,意欲归隐而不得。Wang Yangming was a famous thinker,writer,philosopher and militarist in Ming Dynasty.From the start of official career to his death in office,Wang Yangming had always been thinking all the time about leaving office.This paper analyzed Wang Yangming's articles in Wang Yangming's complete works,and found that some of them were related to Wang Yangming's family ties and inner anguish.Therefore,this paper probed into the reasons behind Wang Yangming's resignation from three aspects,and held that Wang Yangming's reasons for his resignation and the difficulties behind his resignation were all excuses,and his real intention was that his official career was not smooth and wanted to return without concealment.
