摘　　要：本文主要探讨郁证性消瘦的因机证治。激烈或持久的七情内伤,可以引起体重逐渐下降而致消瘦。证候病机主要有思虑伤及心脾致使营血暗耗、悒郁伤肝影响脾胃运化及心肾不交等。临床除见烦躁悲伤、沮丧抑郁、忧思不宁等精神心理类表现外,还多伴有少食、不寐等繁杂多彩的躯体症状。从郁论治为基本法则,辅以调理脾胃、补益肾元、益气养血,并当坚持长期治疗。更应重视调摄情志以解除心结,不可全凭药力。郁证性消瘦可见于现代医学抑郁症、神经性厌食症及与精神心理因素相关的功能性消化不良等疾病。This paper mainly discusses the causes,pathogeny,syndromes and treatments of emaciation due to depression syndrome.Intense or persistent seven emotional stimulations could lead to progressive emaciation.The syndromes include the following pathogenesis.Excessive worry or thinking may influence the heart and spleen,which eventually lead to deficiency ofblood.The depression of Liver Qi would result in the dysfunction of digestion and transportation of spleen and stomach.Another syndrome is the disharmony of the heart and kidney.Several manifestations can be shown in the emaciation due to depression syndrome,including psychological symptoms such as irritability,sad,depression,anxiety and restless and lots of somatic symptoms such as insomnia or anorexia.In terms of the treatments,the priority is the treatment from the aspect of depression.Meanwhile,regulating spleen and stomach,notifying kidney and supplementing qi and nourishing blood can be auxiliary principles should be long-term used in conjunction with the treatment from the aspect of depression.Furthermore,In addition to the medicine,regulating the mood and relieving the pressure should also be paid attention.In modern medicine,depression,anorexia nervosa,and functional gastrointestinal disorders are closely related to emaciation due to depression syndrome.
