摘  要:党员自我身份认同是将党的价值体系和行为系统内化为自我人格、自我追求的一部分,实现自致角色与先天角色和谐统一的状态,可体现为认知、情感、行为三个层面。通过多元线性回归分析发现,影响大学生党员身份认同度的主要因素包括“党章党规掌握度”、“党员身份情感认同度”、“党员形象客观评价度”、“党组织生活参与度”、“个人行为改变度”等,回归方程为y=0.782+0.136x1+0.06x2+0.365x3+0.242x4+0.045x5+0.104x6-0.151x7+0.084x8。提出把“三全育人”理念贯穿党员教育始终,探索大学生入党启蒙教育和“123”党建进公寓育人模式,提升党员身份认同,永葆党员红色本质。The self-identity of party members is to internalize the party's value system and behavior system into the part of self-personality and self-pursuit,and realize the harmonious and unified state of self-induced role and innate role,which can be embodied in cognition,emotion and behavior.Through multiple linear regression analysis,it is found that the main factors affecting college students'recognition of party membership include"mastery degree of party constitution and rules","emotional recognition degree of party membership","objective evaluation degree of party member image","participation degree of party organization life","degree of individual behavior change",and the regression equation is y=0.782+0.136x1+0.06x2+0.365x3+0.242x4+0.045x5+0.104x6-0.151x7+0.084x8.This paper puts forward the integration of"Three Whole Person Education"throughout the education of party members and explores the enlightenment education of college students to join the party and the"123"model of party building in apartment education,so as to improve the identity of party members and always maintain the red essence of party members.
