摘　　要：基于现代生物技术行业的发展及对人才的知识、能力与素质的需求,高校应对应用型人才培养模式进行改革和探索,通过多层次和全方位的人才培养体系,提高生物技术专业应用型人才的培养质量。文章结合晋中学院生物技术专业的改革,对高校的课程体系、教学模式、教学评价体系和教师队伍建设进行思考,以期为我国高校生物技术类应用型人才培养模式的改革与发展提供更多参考。Based on the development of modern biotechnology industry and the demand for knowledge,ability and quality of talents,colleges and universities should reform and explore the training mode of applied talents,and improve the quality of applied talents of local biotechnology specialty through multi-level and all-dimensional training system.Based on the reform of biotechnology major in Jinzhong University,through the analysis of the curriculum system,teaching mode,teaching evaluation system and the construction of teaching staff,this paper provides a wide perspective and inspiring suggestions in the development and innovation of local universities on training mode for applied talents in biotechnology specialty.
