发展性照顾护理对早产儿睡眠时间与住院时间的改善效果

摘　　要：目的:分析发展性照顾护理应用于早产儿护理中的效果及其对早产儿睡眠时间与住院时间的影响。方法:选取2019年3月20日至2019年5月20日安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的早产儿60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采取发展性照顾护理方式,对照组采取常规护理。以睡眠时间和住院时间为指标,比较2种护理方式的效果。结果:观察组睡眠优良率为73.34%;睡眠时间由护理前的(12.31±1.26)h提高至(21.34±2.52)h,住院时间为(36.24±1.14)d;对照组睡眠优良率为53.34%,睡眠时间从(11.97±1.38)h提高至(16.62±1.07)h,住院时间为(58.63±2.21)d,2组各项数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论:在早产儿护理模式中,发展性照顾护理相对常规护理可以更有效地改善早产儿的睡眠时间,缩短住院时间。Objective:To analyze the effect of developmental nursing on premature infants and its effect on sleep time and hospital stay.Methods:A total of 60 premature infants admitted to the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university on May 20 in 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group adopted developmental care and nursing,while the control group adopted routine nursing.Sleep time and hospital stay were used as indicators to compare the effects of the two nursing methods.Results:The rate of good and good sleep in the observation group was 73.34%.The sleep time increased from(12.31±1.26)h before nursing to(21.34±2.52)h,and the length of stay was(36.24±1.14)d.The rate of good and good sleep in the control group was 53.34%,the sleep time increased from(11.97±1.38)h to(16.62±1.07)h,and the length of stay was(58.63±2.21)d.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.5).Conclusion:Compared with conventional nursing,developmental nursing can improve the sleep time and shorten the hospital stay of premature infants.
