中西医结合治疗脑梗死后血管性痴呆临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗脑梗死血管性痴呆的临床效果。方法选取所收治的90例脑梗死后血管性痴呆患者;根据不同治疗方法,将所有患者分为对照组与研究组;对照组采用常规西药进行治疗;研究组在对照组的基础上联合使用中药银杏叶酊进行治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后P300、ADL评分、MMSE评分以及2组患者生活质量评分。结果治疗前,2组患者P300、ADL评分、MMSE评分以及生活质量评分中均没有明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者在P300值、ADL评分、MMSE评分以及生活质量评分中均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合在脑梗死血管性痴呆患者中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,具有较高的推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 90 patients with vascular dementia after cerebral infarction were enrolled in this hospital.All patients were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The study group was given ginkgo leaf tincture based on the control group.P300,ADL score,MMSE score and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in P300,ADL score,MMSE score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the study group patients were included in P300 value,ADL score,MMSE score and quality of life score.Both were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a good clinical effect in patients with cerebral infarction vascular dementia,which can effectively improve the patient’s therapeutic effect and improve patient’s quality of life,and has a high promotion value.
