健脾栓配合西医治疗脾虚湿热型激素抵抗型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾栓配合西医治疗脾虚湿热型激素抵抗型难治性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月—2019年1月收治的98例脾虚湿热型激素抵抗型难治性溃疡性结肠炎患者,根据治疗方案分组,各49例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合健脾栓治疗。对比2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(91.7%)高于对照组(71.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率(12.2%)与对照组(10.2%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾栓配合西医治疗脾虚湿热型激素抵抗型难治性溃疡性结肠炎可取得显著疗效,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi suppository combined with western medicine in the treatment of spleen deficiency dampness-heat hormone resistance and refractory ulcerative colitis.Methods From May 2016 to January 2019,98 patients with spleen-deficiency dampness-heat hormone-resistant and refractory ulcerative colitis admitted to hospital were selected.According to the treatment plan,98 patients were divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi suppository on the basis of western medicine.Clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(91.7%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(71.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(12.2%)was not statistically significant compared with that in the control group(10.2%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi suppository combined with western medicine in the treatment of spleen deficiency dampness-heat hormone resistance and refractory ulcerative colitis can achieve significant effect,and is worthy of popularization.
