关于皖河农场废弃坑塘复垦项目工程建设的思考

摘　　要：为缓解经济建设造成的耕地用地紧张的压力,实现区域内耕地总量动态平衡,安徽省皖河农场结合自身实际,近年来积极组织并实施了废弃坑塘复垦项目。然而,在土地复垦项目的实施过程中也存在着诸多问题,本文对皖河农场土地开发复垦项目工程建设中所发现问题以及对策展开了相关思考。In order to alleviate the pressure of land shortage caused by economic construction and realize the dynamic balance of total cultivated land in the region,Anhui Wanhe farm has actively organized and implemented the abandoned pit and pond reclamation project in recent years in combination with its own reality.However,there are also many problems in the implementation of land reclamation projects.This paper discusses the problems and Countermeasures found in the construction of land development and reclamation projects in Wanhe farm.
