摘 要:为提高零部件定位精度和产品装配质量,提出了一种零部件多级装配定位策略优化方法。该方法以零件定位原理为基础,零件离散点集为可行域,测点偏差值平方和最小为目标函数。利用三维偏差仿真平台3DCS进行偏差建模、实验设计以及蒙特卡洛模拟计算,同时,结合粒子群算法对多级装配定位点布局进行优化设计。最后,以汽车发动机舱右前纵梁三级装配为例,对该方法的有效性和可行性进行了验证。结果表明,优化后定位点布局符合经验最大面原则,目标函数值、测点偏差均值以及偏差最大值均有所降低。In order to improve the positioning accuracy of parts and product assembly quality,a locating strategy optimization method of multi-stage parts assembly was proposed.According to parts positioning principle,the method took the discrete point set of parts as the feasible region,and the minimum sum of squares of the variation value of the measvrement point as the objective function.3D variation simulation platform 3DCS was used to conduct the variation modeling and design of experiment and Monte Carlo simulation.Meanwhile,the multi-stage assembly positioning point layout was optimized with the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the method were verified with the example of automobile engine compartment right front sill three-stage assembly.The results show that the layout of the positioning point after optimization conformed to the principle of maximum area,and the objective function value,the variation mean and maximum value of the measurement point were reduced.
