摘 要:面对复杂多变的高校毕业生就业市场,创新就业政策亟待解决。为了检验高校就业政策的有效性,构建基于元胞自动机的招聘单位选择行为模型,从初始元胞数量选择、人岗匹配度、毕业生品牌效应度3个维度切入,考察毕业生就业市场的演化过程。研究结果显示:就业合作单位在高校就业市场开拓初期作用显著,存在明显的群聚效应;人岗匹配度和毕业生品牌对就业市场演化存在正向影响,且在参数值高位时尤为明显。因此,高校可以将建立校企就业合作关系、人才培养改革、毕业生品牌宣传等方式作为高校就业政策创新的突破口。In the face of the complicated and changeable job market for college graduates,it is urgent to innovate the employment policy.In order to test the effectiveness of employment policy in colleges,the cellular automata was used to simulate the selection behavior of employers and from the three dimensions of initial cellular number selection,man-post matching degree and graduate brand effect degree to investigate the evolution process of the graduate employment market.The results show that:the employment cooperative units play a significant role in the early stage of college employment market development,and there is an obvious clustering effect.There is a positive correlation between job matching degree and graduate brand on the evolution of the job market,especially when the parameter value is high.Therefore,colleges should set up school-enterprise employment cooperation,talent training reform,graduate brand publicity and other ways as the breakthrough of college employment policy innovation.
