摘　　要：目的分析早期乳腺癌患者手术治疗的临床效果,探讨治疗乳腺癌的有效方法。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月收治的80例乳腺癌患者,按照治疗方法不同分为治疗组48例和对照组32例。治疗组采用乳腺癌改良根治术治疗,根据术后病检结果辅以化疗及内分泌治疗;对照组拒绝手术治疗者,仅依据穿刺活检结果采用化疗或内分泌治疗等保守治疗。比较2组复发情况、生活质量及2年生存率。结果治疗组疾病进展率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组2年存活率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组癌症治疗功能评估-乳腺癌(FACT-B)量表总分为(74.8±10.1)分明显低于对照组的(93.7±11.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌患者行乳腺癌改良根治术的疗效较好,可减少疾病进展率,提高患者的生存质量,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of surgical treatment on breast cancer at early period,and to explore effective methods in treatment of breast cancer.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=32)according to different treatment methods.The patients in observation group were treated by modified radical mastectomy,with chemotherapy and endocrine therapy according to the pathological results after operation,however,the patients in control group were treated by conservative treatment including chemotherapy and endocrine therapy.The recurrence rate,life quality and 2-year survival rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 2-year survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total scores according to cancer(FACT-B)scale in observation group were[(74.8±10.1)points],which were significantly lower than those[(93.7±11.6)points]in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified radical mastectomy has better curative effects in treatment of breast cancer at early period,which can reduce the recurrence rate and improve the life quality of patients.Therefor it has higher clinical application value.
