摘　　要：我国研究生教育正在实现从规模化发展向高质量提升、从内涵性建设向卓越化构建的历史性转折和划时代跨越的重要时期,研究生教育的战略意义更加凸显,主要表现为研究生教育是国家发展战略的重要支撑、创新人才培养的重要根基、国家创新力的重要基石、国际竞争力的重要支柱、教育现代化的重要先导、高校师资队伍的重要源泉、一流大学建设的重要标志、繁荣哲学社会科学学科的重要基础等方面。Chinese graduate education is realizing the historic transition and epoch-making leap from largescale development to high-quality promotion,from connotation construction to excellence construction.The strategic significance of graduate education is more prominent,which is mainly manifested in that graduate education is an important support of national development strategy,an important foundation of innovative talent training,an important cornerstone of national innovation power,an important pillar of international competitiveness,an important forerunner to the modernization of education,an important source of university teachers,an important symbol of the construction of first-class universities,and an important foundation for the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences.
