摘　　要：目的分析2013-2017年广西卫生人力资源配置的公平性,发现问题并提出优化方案。方法采用Lorenz曲线、Gini系数和泰尔指数对广西卫生人力资源配置的公平性进行评价。结果按人口、地理配置的卫生人力资源Lorenz曲线均位于绝对公平线下方;按人口、地理配置的Gini系数介于0.034~0.153和0.280~0.357之间,分别处于最理想状态和合理状态;总泰尔指数介于0.0062~0.0161和0.0477~0.0806之间,按人口配置的泰尔指数小,按地理配置的泰尔指数大。结论广西卫生人力资源整体公平性较佳,但仍存在总量不足,区域间配置不公平的问题。广西卫生人力资源按人口配置的公平性优于地理配置的公平性。Objective To analyze the allocation equity in health human resources of Guangxi Province from 2013 to 2017,to find out the problems and to put forward the optimized scheme.Methods The allocation equity in health human resources of Guangxi Province was evaluated by Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient and Theil index.Results The Lorenz curves of health human resources allocated by population and geography were below the absolute fairness line.Gini coefficients of population and geographical distribution ranged between 0.034~0.153 and 0.280~0.357,which were in the optimal state and reasonable state,respectively.The total Thiel index ranged between 0.0062~0.0161 and 0.0477~0.0806,respectively.The Theil index allocated by population was small,and that allocated by geography was large.Conclusions The overall equity of health human resources in Guangxi was relatively good,but there are still some problems such as insufficient amount and unfair allocation between regions.The equity in the allocation of health human resources in terms of population in Guangxi Province was better than that allocated by geography.
