摘  要:随着《中国制造2025》战略的实施,制造行业尤其是高端装备制造领域对制造人才的综合素质提出越来越高的要求。实践教学是大学教学的重要组成部分,重视实践教学,提高高等学校的实验教学质量,在实验教学中锻炼学生实践能力、创新能力和工程素养是培养高素质创新型人才的重要途径。以电解加工实验教学为例,以培养高素质创新型人才为培养目标,结合电解加工技术特点和实验教学需求改进了实验教学设备,提出贯彻学习主体地位、游戏化实验过程、开展研究型实验教学和建立多维度评价体系等多项改革措施,取得了良好教学效果,有效提升了学生的动手能力、创新能力和工程素养。With the implementation of"Made in China 2025"strategy,the manufacturing industry,especially the highend equipment manufacturing field,puts forward higher and higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of manufacturing talents. Practical teaching is an important part of university teaching. Emphasizing practical teaching,improving the quality of experimental teaching and training students’ practical ability,innovative ability and engineering literacy in experimental teaching are important ways to cultivate high-quality innovative talents. Based on the case of experimental teaching of electrochemical machining,aiming at cultivating high-quality and innovative talents,combining with the characteristics of electrochemical machining technology and the demands of experimental teaching,this paper improves the experimental teaching equipment,and puts forward many reforms measures of implementing the subject status, gamification experiment process, implementing research experimental teaching and establishment multidimensional evaluation system,etc. The reforms have achieved good teaching results,effectively improving students’ practical ability,innovation ability and engineering literacy,and provided fodder for the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents.
