摘 要:为了适应当前工科教育的需要,提高工科专业实践教学质量,培养学生工程创新能力,以数控技术实验实训课程为研究对象,进行了工程专业实践教学改革的探索。将当前教育领域的混合教学理念和制造工程领域的数字孪生技术方法融入工科实践教学改革的尝试,构建了基于数字孪生环境的混合实践教学平台,设计了适用于该混合实践教学环境的三层次数控技术实验实训教学方案。改革尝试证明新的教学模式有利于促进学生的自主学习,激发学生工程实践的探究兴趣,增强学生的实践动手能力和创新能力,能有效提高实践教学效果。In order to meet current development of engineering education,improve the quality of practices teaching,and cultivate students with engineering creative ability,the practices teaching reform of engineering was explored by taking the experiment and training course of NC technology as the research object.The mixed teaching concept in the current education field and the digital twin technology method in the manufacturing engineering field are integrated into the teaching reform attempt,and a mixed practice teaching platform based on digital twin environment is presented.Then a three-level NC technology experiment and training teaching process plan for this mixed teaching environment is designed.The attempt at the practices teaching mode reform has proved that the new teaching mode is conducive to promote students’autonomous learning,stimulate students’interest in exploring,strengthen students’engineering practical ability and innovative ability,and effectively improve the effect of practices teaching.
