摘　　要：全国社会保障基金是社会保障支出的战略性储备资金。随着人口老龄化加剧,为了应对巨额养老金支付压力,全国社保基金的保值增值问题引起社会各界的广泛关注。通过对全国社保基金十几年的投资情况及面临困境的分析,提出了拓宽投资渠道、改革管理方式、防范各种投资风险、及时披露信息与强化监督等策略,以期实现社保基金稳定、持续发展。The national social security fund is the strategic reserve fund for social security expenditure.With the aggravation of population aging,in order to cope with the pressure of huge pension payment,the maintenance and appreciation of the national social security fund has attracted extensive attention from all sectors of society.By analyzing the investment situation and existing problems of the national social security fund in recent ten years,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as broadening investment channels,reforming management methods,preventing various investment risks,timely disclosing information and strengthening supervision,so as to realize the stable and sustainable development of the national social security fund.
